​Stephanie's Adult Ballet class is for beginners (or those who know a thing or two but are a tad "rusty" and want a slow, relaxed barre). Each class is an hour long journey into the beauty, strength, and stretch that are hallmarks of classical ballet. Come dressed in comfy sweats, T-shirts, yoga gear, etc...Leave relaxed, happier and uplifted. Perhaps with a new pal!

Stephanie has been teaching kids ballet even BEFORE she started her "Ballet with Stephanie" studio in 1993! In each class, (half hour or 45 minutes -- age dependent), she introduces the elements of classical ballet, imaginative dance, and play, while sharing her vast experience and love of music as a professional pianist! All classes are strictly non-competitive and children, regardless of experience, body type, "talent" are warmly welcomed.
